How It Works
Four Steps, and We Do the Hard One.
1. Pick your cap
Trucker, snapback, structured, unstructured. Every cap in the lab shows you its real colors, front, side and back.
2. Drop your artwork on
Upload a logo and move it where you want it. Front center, front left panel or back. Drag it, scale it, turn it.
3. The lab checks it as you go
Too big for the panel, too thin to stitch, too many colors. It tells you while you can still fix it, not after we have run it.
4. Send it and we quote it
Your design comes straight to the shop. We look at it, sort out the stitch count, and get back to you with a number.
Pick Your Lane
Two Ways to Decorate a Cap.
Thread stitched straight into the cap. It is the classic look, it wears well, and it does not crack or peel. Twelve hats is the minimum because the machine has to be set up either way.
Your logo burned into a leather patch and sewn on. Good for fine detail that thread cannot hold, and there is no minimum, so a single hat is fine.

Does it cost anything to use the lab?
No. Designing is free and you do not need an account. You only pay if you decide to order.
How many hats do I have to buy?
One, if you go with a laser leather patch. Twelve, if you go with embroidery, because the setup is the same whether we run one or a hundred.
What kind of artwork file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background is easiest. If all you have is a photo or a screenshot, send it anyway and we will tell you what we can do with it.
Is what I see on screen exactly what I get?
It is close, and it is honest about size and placement. Thread color on a screen is never a perfect match for thread in real life, so we confirm colors with you before we run it.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from an approved proof. Call us if you are working to a date and we will tell you straight whether it is doable.
